REFUND POLICY: Due to the complexities of the human anatomy and each person's unique genetic makeup, IVITA products may not work for everyone. Therefore, we offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to 1 unit of ACTIVE, DETOX and ICARIA within 30 days of purchase if they didn’t feel better after using our product. Please note: No claim is being made, but rather a warranty that you can get your money back if you don't feel at least 50% better after using our product at the suggested dosages and let us know by sending a message or sending an email to hello@lifeivita.com prior to the end of the 30 day refund window. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When buying a unit, only the price of the unit(s) will be refunded, no shipping or additional units will be refunded. Due to the consumable nature of IVITA products, and our desire to decrease risk of tampering for our customers, we do not accept product returns.
